Do I need to create an account?
Yes, you need to create an account to order. It is also useful to create an account if you want to place another order later. The advantage of creating an account is that you do not have to fill in all the details again.
What happens to my customer data?
We only use your address to send the order. The entire webshop is displayed securely (you can see this from the https connection and the lock in the url bar).
How do I know the product is in stock?
You can see with the product whether it is in stock above the order button.
If a Monchhichi is not in stock, the order button is not visible. You will then see the text: “Out of stock”.
How can I Pay?
You can currently pay with iDeal, PayPal, Credit Cards or Bancontact. There may be more payment options in the future.
Do I receive an invoice?
Yes, As soon as we pack the order and increase the status to completed, the invoice will be sent as a PDF document via email.
Can I pay afterwards?
No! Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to pay afterwards. This may become possible in the future.
Delivery time, when can I receive my order?
As soon as we have received the order and payment has been made, we will immediately start working for you. In practice, this means that your order will be delivered to you within 1 to 2 working days. We are of course dependent on PostNL / DPD. Unfortunately, we cannot influence delays on the delivery side.
Do I have to wait at home?
Yes, we only ship packages. We use boxes that do not fit through the letterbox. Your package will be offered by the carrier and if you are not at home it will be taken to a collection point where you can pick it up.
Can I also collect my order?
Yes, it is possible to pick up your order from our warehouse in Nieuwegein.
